Ambient Ø at The Halo Panopticon, Rossendale

'Halo', is an 18m-diameter steel structure situated in the hills above Haslingden in the Rossendale Valley.

I arrived before sunrise as the LEDs were still glowing but once I had all the equipment setup daylight broke and the lights illuminating the Panopticon went out.
